Send questions about personal data to the same address. We respond within the statutory time limit.

What happens to your message

So you know in advance what to expect when you take the time to write

A person reads it
No automated system and no template response. Your message goes to an address that a person actually reads.

We check it
A claim without a source does not change the website's content. If you include a source, the correction is quicker; if you do not, we look for one ourselves, which takes longer.

We correct and label it
A corrected item receives a new review date. We do not silently delete the original claim — for rumours and theories, it remains clear that something changed.

We respond either way
Even if we make no change, you will receive a reply explaining why. Silence is the worst possible response to someone who has made an effort.

One person runs the website in their spare time, so a reply will not arrive within an hour. We give priority to personal-data enquiries and notices from rights holders, and respond within the statutory time limit.

What we cannot help with

We do not obtain games

We do not send keys, installers or links to unofficial copies. Each game's section explains where it can be bought legally.

We do not publish leaked material

We will not put unlawfully obtained material on the website, even when the entire internet is discussing it. We may report on a leak; we will not distribute it.
